Instructions for oral presentations

Authors of oral presentations are totally free in the design of their presentations.

If possible we would prefer to receive the presentations as PowerPoint Presentations.

Please note: Due to new beamers and and screens in the lecture halls presentations should/can have the format 16:9 instead the old 4:3!

If you include videos or sound recordings please make sure that they are embedded properly.

The length of your oral presentation is given on the site "program per days":

Please note:
The lecture time already includes time for Q&A and discussion. It is up to the presenter to decide how much time he or she wants to allow for this.
Recommendations
20 min lecture time: 15 + 5 min
15 min lecture time: 12 + 3 min
